The Bankruptcy Administrator does not provide written transcripts of §341 Meetings of Creditors?

Written transcripts are not maintained by the U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator; however, we do maintain audio recordings of §341 Meeting of Creditors for a period of two years from the date the meeting is conducted.

Request for audio files are processed and uploaded to our website which can be listened to directly from our site or can be downloaded and saved to most computers and/or saved to writeable media such as CD, DVD, or flash drives.

To request an audio copy of §341 Meeting of Creditors, please complete a request form and return it to our office via email or fax and we will promptly process your request.

It is the responsibility of the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator to provide public access to recordings of meetings of creditors. Any interested party may request a copy of the recorded §341 (a) meeting proceedings from the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator at the party's expense. The U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator maintains these recordings for a period of two years after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting. Upon the expiration of this two year period, the recording will be erased or destroyed.
