It is the responsibility of the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator to provide public access to recordings of meetings of creditors. Any interested party may request a copy of the recorded §341 (a) meeting proceedings from the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator at the party's expense. The U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator maintains these recordings for a period of two years after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting. Upon the expiration of this two year period, recordings are erased or destroyed.
To avoid utilizing unnecessary disc space, requestors will be emailed a link to the requested audio file which can be listened to or downloaded via the web. Files may be deleted 24-hours from the time of posting but may remain longer depending on the number of request at the time of posting.
