Download Meeting of Creditors' Audio File(s)

It is the responsibility of the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator to provide public access to recordings of meetings of creditors. Any interested party may request a copy of the recorded §341 (a) meeting proceedings from the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator at the party's expense. The U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator maintains these recordings for a period of two years after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting. Upon the expiration of this two year period, recordings are erased or destroyed.

To avoid utilizing unnecessary disc space, requestors will be emailed a link to the requested audio file which can be listened to or downloaded via the web.  Files may be deleted 24-hours from the time of posting but may remain longer depending on the number of request at the time of posting.

*Please be patient. The U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator's office processes audio requests as soon as possible, however, it may take 7-10 days for your request to be fulfilled. The U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator's office DOES NOT take priority requests to provide audio files. Please ensure you provide yourself ample time between requesting the file and receiving it from our office.
