Notice of Limited Operations Due to Lapse in Appropriations
Due to the government shutdown, the office of the Bankruptcy Administrator for Middle District of Alabama is closed to the public, and staff are permitted to perform only certain, very limited ("excepted") activities. Meetings of creditors held pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341 will continue to be held in the ordinary course.
