Request Meeting of Creditors' Audio File

It is the responsibility of the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator to provide public access to recordings of meetings of creditors. Any interested party may request a copy of the recorded §341(a) meeting proceedings from the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator at the party's expense. The U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator maintains these recordings for a period of two years after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting. Upon the expiration of this two year period, the recording will be deleted or destroyed.

To request an audio copy of §341 Meeting of Creditors, please click here to fill out the United States Bankruptcy Administrator Audio Request form and email it to our office with the information requested and we will process your request. It may take 7 - 10 days for your request to be processed.

To avoid utilizing unnecessary disc space, requestors will be emailed a link to the requested audio file which can be listened to or downloaded via the web.  Files may be deleted 24-hours from the time of posting but may remain longer depending on the number of request at the time of posting.

Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, or an application that will open .pdf extensions is required.
